Bio
Joe Moffa is the founder and managing shareholder of Law Offices of Moffa, Sutton, & Donnini, P.A.. With over 30 years of experience as a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Moffa offers skilled counsel in business law.
Before his legal career, he played a crucial role at Deloitte and Touche for over 10 years. While there, he led the firm's Florida State and Local Tax (SALT) practice for four years.
Since establishing his own firm in 1991, Mr. Moffa has successfully represented clients across various industries in Florida, and he is a sought-after speaker and author. In multiple years, he received the DISCUSSION LEADER OF THE YEAR AWARD from the Florida Institute of CPAs. This honor recognizes his contributions to the profession.
