Bio

Heather is a highly skilled and experienced business litigator who concentrates on complex business litigation and business transactions. Ms. Cherepkai is a strong advocate for businesses and their owners, representing clients in state and federal courts as well as arbitration. Heather’s experience in complex business litigation includes business fraud, breach of contract, negligent and fraudulent misrepresentations, tortious interference, injunctive relief, non-compete agreements, commercial real estate, and other business disputes.

Heather’s career has spanned from her beginnings as an Assistant Public Defender in which she conducted numerous jury trials before she ultimately transitioned into her career in the practice of business law in 2013.
