Gerald J. Donnini II
Bio
Gerald "Jerry" Donnini II is a celebrated partner at our firm. His experience lies in Florida and Federal business law, with a particular emphasis on the tobacco, convenience store, and petroleum industries. He also adeptly handles various multi-state state and local business tax issues.
Mr. Donnini co-authored CCH’s Expert Treatise Library: State Sales and US Tax, and he frequently contributes articles on multi-state business tax matters to SalesTaxSupport.com. Alongside this, he regularly represents cigarette, beverage, and tobacco distributors in refund claims and provides audit defense against the Division of Alcohol and Tobacco.
During his time at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, Mr. Donnini served as the Notes and Comments Editor of Nova Law Review and Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Before pursuing law, Jerry worked as an accountant for National Retail Properties, Inc.
