W. Chase Carpenter
Bio
Chase Carpenter is a partner in the Business Division of Law Offices of Moffa, Sutton, & Donnini, P.A.. His practice revolves around business transactions and business litigation. Mr. Carpenter handles a wide range of cases including contract drafting, partnership disputes, commercial leases, and construction litigation. These cases encompass diverse industries, including healthcare, technology, real estate investment, and government contracting.
Chase initiated his career as an Associate General Counsel for a large healthcare company before transitioning into his litigation career. Before joining our firm, Chase founded and managed a Tampa-based firm dedicated to business law and litigation, and he assisted clients from all over Florida.
Chase volunteers with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and currently serves as the Chair of the Board for the West Florida Chapter. Additionally, he collaborates with professionals from various industries, such as healthcare, to contribute a legal perspective to research papers covering many topics.
